1. You must be a fan of Izumi and Mitsuki together in some form, either Friendship or Romance.
2. You do not need a site to join, but you MUST have a working email address.
3. If you have a site PLEASE put the code up as soon as possible. You know you want to show everyone how you support Izumi and Mitsuki. If you don't put the code up after a week of signing up, I will still add you to the list, but not your site URL. It's only fair, I link your site, you link mine, right?
4. You must give me your Country, not your state or ect. just your country.
5. Fill out the form completly (unless other wise stated), and if you need to change information, fill out the other form for changes.
